That’s the main reason, only 2% of the people on diet maintain the results 2+ years, and more than 60% of the population is over-weighted and obese..

I. Body&Mind Nutrition Evaluation :
In-depth dialogue and coaching on Nutrient Factors, Digestive&Intestinal Factors, Exercise/Activity/Lifestyle Factors, Internal and External Toxicity Factors, Mental/Emotional/Spiritual Factors => Set up together the objectives for your 66-day journey.
II. The 66 days of turnaround change of your body, mind and spirit – via individual and group coaching
- 66 days about the alternatives to diets, restrictions and limitations with short-term results. Time to make the shifts towards great shape, respect and self-love.
- 66 days to transform the habits related to self-awareness, emotions that triggers behaviors, barriers and blocks, create a new vision, daily motivation, understand the relation between balanced nutrition and health, food coaching.
- 66 days represent the period when old habits dissolves and brand new habits start to develop. It is time to discover the alternative to the short time diets and enjoy food as one of the life pleasures.
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- Initial assessment – 75 minutes
- 66-day monitoring, online (daily)
- 5 group sessions on topics related to nutrition, body&mind coaching (3 hrs/week)
- Individual coaching session on old eating patters (1 session)
